Greetings LEVENSALER's everywhere! Great site of family history. Margaret LEVENSELER, b. 5 April 1798, Waldoboro, Lincoln, Maine was my 3rd great grandmother. She married Weston FISHER, 23 September 1818, Wrentham, Norfolk, Massachusetts. Her parents were Godfrey LEVENSELER, b. 13 May 1769, Waldoboro, Lincoln, Maine and Ann Christiana SCHAUDEAL, b. abt 1722. They married 22 Jan 1793, Waldoboro, Lincoln, Maine. Godfrey was the 3rd son of Christoff/Christoph/Christopher LEVENSELER, who was the 9 year old 3rd son of Pieter LIEVENZOLLNER, who came aboard the Elizabeth to Broad Bay in 1753. Any information on this line of the family would be appreciated. Thanks. Cheers!

Finally some clarification and easy to read history about the Levensalers. I am from the Thomaston group (Caleb, etc.) and it was neat to see the pictures of all the tons of Levensalers around. I live in Calif. and there are hardly any left. Great website!!! Thanks!

This is a wonderful website! We never knew there were so many Levensalers around. What a great way to learn about our heritage. If you are interested, I could send some photos. Let me know what you'd like and how to do so. Thanks for putting this together!
